Cristian has more than 20 years in the technology, data and analytics. He has worked on large projects and has extensive experience in implementing data projects and increasing data adoption in leading companies in Brazil. He currently works as a Data Analytics Account Executive for the Telco & Media industry.

Uhilian is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in technology. At Irani S.A., he leads the areas of IT Governance, Hyperautomation and Data & Analytics.

He is passionate about technology, digital innovation, people and improvement. Uhilian believes that the most profound transformations start from the inside out, whether in himself, in the people on the team, in the departments and in the organization as a whole, by generating a true transformation not only digital itself, but in people, processes, areas, to optimizing and transforming the organization as a whole.

Marcio Lebrão has extensive experience in the software industry, having led companies in Brazil and Latin America, such as McAfee, CA, Symantec, Cylance and others. He is an Automation and Artificial Intelligence enthusiast. Today he is Sales Director for Automation Anywhere in Brazil.

Andre is a highly experienced IT specialist with over 20 years of expertise in the field. Throughout his career, he has focused on software development, automation, integrations, and solutions across various areas, including information security, contact centers, call recording, billing systems, code generators, and Cloud technologies, with a specific emphasis on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

As a seasoned professional, Andre has held leadership positions in technology, showcasing his strong leadership skills in software development, architecture, and infrastructure. Despite his leadership roles, Andre remains deeply passionate about technology and actively engages in project execution.

Andre holds a degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Technology Management, further augmenting his knowledge and skills in the industry. With his extensive experience, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, designed comprehensive solutions across various IT domains, and championed the adoption of agile and DevOps practices.

Notably, Andre has led the restructuring of infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps departments for a fintech company, ensuring enhanced system reliability and scalability. As a consultant, he provides strategic support to executive management and Product Owners, assisting in defining effective strategies and delivering innovative features while mitigating risks.
