10:30 AM	Opening Keynote Session - Getting Started with GenAI - From Requirements to Racing with John Abel, Technical Director, Office of the CTO, Google Cloud	Sometimes getting started with a new technology is the hardest part. In this highly entertaining session, John will step us through the entire lifecycle of a GenAI project in the space of 10 days, starting with requirements, moving to architecture, deployment and then reflection after the fact. The project aimed to connect a Formula E racing car to a GenAI solution at the Formula E races in London this past July. This will be a step-by-step reflection of the 10 days, filled with top tips and recommendations to allow you to accelerate your own generative AI solutions. There will be plenty of time to engage, ask questions and develop understanding through the story of what was achieved.

1:15 PM	After Lunch Keynote: Deep dive into Vodafone's AI Booster platform, a game-changer for the telecommunications industry	In this session, Paola Olivari, Director of Data Analytics for Google Cloud, will be joined by Ashish Vijayvargia, Vodafone’s AI transformation Manager, to discuss Vodafone's journey to AI adoption, the challenges they faced, and how AI Booster Platform has helped them overcome them. We'll also learn about the platform's unique features, such as its self-service capabilities, security and privacy measures, and CI/CD pipeline.

They'll tell us about what they learnt the hard way, so you won't have to, but also share their best practices for a successful implementation.
